Video: NXTLiftBoy Has done it again!!!
Well even though this is not an NXT Creation I think it is still awesome. As most of you know NXTLiftBoy has made several really cool creations. You can check them out over at MOCpages Here.
Here is what he has to say about it:
The ChainRider is a trike featuring two huge wheels, remote control, and, i dare say, excellent drive properties. It is made entirely from a single LEGO set 8275, but appears to be much more fun in playing than the bulldozer!
For more information and building instructions see: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/54200
I challenge anyone to try to make a similar version of this with an NXT at the control.

Bravo, i meant to exploit the chain in that matter but congratulation in being the first to document it!

I think ro1000 said in a comment that he made the NXTCavator. Maybe I’m wrong.

Did you notice that the set # is 8275, an anagram of the NXT retail kit’s #, 8527?

That’s a good point NXTMonger. I never knew that. Maybe there’s something about those numbers that makes those sets big sellers!
I still haven’t got the bulldozer yet. im looking on ebay for a bargain, but they keep going up to beyond the retail price (?)
I know Argos have it for about £59.99 (instead of £99.99), but everyone i have been to is sold out.
oh well.

I thing the try to make the large sets easier to remember the number
8527 - NXT
8275 - Bulldozer
8285 - Tow Truck
Thats what ive seen as well that the price is very high, a very popular set indeed.
I have also recently noticed that the bulldozer has already dissappeared from the Lego online show here in the USA

I was thinking of getting a bulldozer too. They seem a bit expensive though. Still, it might be worth it.

Guys, I’m not NXTliftboy…I’m ro1000…hehe Anyway, I meant that I copied his project NXTCavator, then improved it.
