have a look at leggor.de  webpage, it's german but you can always use bablefish to translate if needed, he has designed a double pivot system which should adapt quite well to your design..  get an idea from http://www.leggor.de/content/4x4x4/4x4x43.html
BTW this guy has a wealth of idea worth checking out. enjoy.</description>
